If pupils of primary schools take part in the discussion of the issue, piastra ghd, it means they have understood it and they are ready to use received knowledge in reading and writing, and these processes are much more complicated.

The book named Improving Literacy in the Primary School written by Chamberlin is devoted to the topic of enhancing reading and writing skills through listening and speaking. A man can be considered to be literate only if he has received necessary knowledge and skills which let him be occupied in all the activities in which literacy is needed for effectual functioning in the community and whose achievements in learning let him use them further for his own development and development of the community.

The author in his book proves the existence of the connection between reading and listening. He provides an example with nursery rhymes. Some pupils knew them and the others didn't, as a result children who knew them had more success than those who had no idea about them. Chamberlin gives an explanation of such results. He writes that these rhymes enhance the phonological sensitivity of children, so learners who were acquainted with the rhymes had more chances to get something useful from reading instructions.

The book Improving Literacy in the Primary School is one more proof of the existence of the close connection between listening and speaking skills and reading and writing skills.
